All orders ship from Huntington Beach, located in Southern California. Showcase Express ships all products worldwide via UPS Ground. Please note smaller items may ship via USPS. If you require a different carrier or over night service on any of our larger products you must make arrangements with us prior to placing your order. Currently, the Showcase Express website will only automatically calculate shipping costs within the United States. Due to the extreme care we place in packing our shipments we charge a nominal handling fee that is automatically calculated within the shipping costs.
Orders placed on the Showcase Express website will almost always ship the following business day if placed prior to 1:00pm PST.
In the event that your order from Showcase Express will not ship within two business days, a Showcase Express representative will notify you via phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
All Showcase Express products are shipped fully insured by the carrier. In the unlikely event that your Showcase Express product does not arrive, or is damaged in transit, all claims must be made directly with the carrier. We will promptly complete our portions of any claim forms that may be necessary.
Orders that will shipped outside of the United States must make payment and shipping arrangements with Showcase Express via phone or email. The shopping cart system on via the web cannot calculate international shipping, this includes Canada.
International orders must be paid via a verified PayPal account, and will ship upon receiving payment. Payments from non-verified PayPal accounts may not be accepted. Our website will only automatically calculate shipping costs within the United States.
Shipping costs on international orders, including applicable taxes and duties, must be paid COD directly to the carrier by the customer upon arrival of the shipment.
If you are located outside of the United States, please phone or send us an email and make arrangements for international orders (including Canada). When contacting us for an international shipping quote you must provide a complete postal address.
