Why should I create an account with you?
|
|
For security reasons, you will be prompted to create an account so that your order can be placed.
Additionally, you can create an account without placing an order. You may register for an account here: https://www.showcase-express.com/register.aspx

What are the benefits of creating an account with you?

You will be able to view your order history, edit your profile, update your email address, and change your password. You can also create shopping lists so for future orders or to send others your ‘wish list’.

Are there other methods of ordering?
All orders are considered final upon placement, however you may cancel an order prior to shipment without incurring any charges.
You may order on the via the web, phone or by fax. For fax orders please complete the fax order form.

Can I cancel my order?
|
To cancel an order, you must speak directly to a Showcase Express sales representative via telephone to have your order cancellation confirmed, unless the Showcase Express representative confirms your cancellation via email. Requesting a cancellation does not cancel an order unless it has been confirmed by a Showcase Express Representative. Orders that have been shipped may not be cancelled under any circumstances. Once an order has shipped from our facility the Showcase Express return and exchange policy is in effect.

When will I receive my order?
|
|
We take pride getting your order to quickly! Most orders placed before 2 PM PST will ship same day. Otherwise your order will ship within 24 hours. We ship Monday through Friday only.
|
What shipping method do you use?
|
Showcase Express ships all products worldwide via UPS Ground. This is generally between 3 and 5 days. Smaller items may ship via USPS such as end caps, connectors etc. If you require a different carrier or over night service on any of our larger products you must make arrangements with us prior to placing your order. Due to the extreme care we place in packing our shipments we charge a nominal handling fee that is automatically calculated within the shipping costs.
In the event that your order from Showcase Express will not ship within two business days, a Sales Representativewill notify you via phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
All Showcase Express products are shipped fully insured by the carrier. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, or is damaged in transit, all claims must be made directly with the carrier. We will promptly complete our portions of any claim forms that may be necessary.

Do you ship internationally?
|
Yes. If you are having difficulties ordering on line, you may contact us for a shipping quote. When contacting us for an international shipping quote you must provide a complete postal address.
Shipping costs on international orders, including applicable taxes and duties, must be paid COD directly to the carrier by the customer upon arrival of the shipment.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
|
Sales tax is only charged in the State of
California.

I'm having a problem entering a coupon code?
|
Do not enter any spaces or symbols such: /, -, ?, etc.

What are your payment options?
|
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal (web ordering only), and US Postal Money Orders Only. If you wish to pay by American Express or other, please use PayPal as your checkout option or call us to have us invoice you directly via PayPal. We also accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) directly from your US Checking account. Just provide us the routing number and account number. This service is provide by phone orders only.
